Voice.ai device disabled warning
Did you get the "Voice.ai device disabled" warning when you are trying to open Voice.ai?

If you are having problems with the Voice.ai driver or with its devices, first of all, restart your computer.

If restarting your computer didn't solve this issue you are having, you will need to open the device manager:
- Open your Device Manager: Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager from the context menu.
- Expand the list of devices in the Sound, video and game controllers section.

How to find the Device Manager?
Step 1: Click on the Windows Start button located in the bottom left corner of your screen
Step 2: Start typing Device Manager until you find the application.
- If there is a device called Voice.ai Audio Cable, ensure that the device is enabled.
- Right-click on Voice.ai Audio Cable and click on Enable device.
- If there is a device called CABLE Input and is disabled, you must have VB-Audio Virtual Cable devices enabled:
- Go to the Control Panel -> Hardware & Sound -> Sound
- Go to the Playback tab.
- Right button in the list of devices and enable the option that says “Show disabled devices”.
- Search for VB-Audio Virtual Cable
- Right-button on the device and enable it.
- Go to the Recording tab.
- Right button in the list of devices and enable the option that says “Show disabled devices”.
- Search the Voice.ai VB-Audio Audio Cable
- Right-button on the device and enable it.
- Click on Ok to save the changes.
