Voice.ai has a refund policy in place to ensure customer satisfaction. The steps to request a refund are detailed below based on your payment method:
Case 1: Xsolla Payments - Credit Card Payment
Step 1: Consult the Refund Policy
Before requesting a refund, please consult our Refund Policy at https://voice.ai/refund-policy to see if you are eligible.
Step 2: Visit account.xsolla.com
Visit account.xsolla.com and create an account with your billing email. If you already have your account, sign in.
Step 3: Open the Wallet section
In the Wallet section, navigate to and enable Allow and Enable History.
Step 4: Add your purchase to your account
Navigate to "Add a Purchase”. Enter the Transaction ID and email used for billing to add the transaction to your account.
Step 5: Request a Refund
After the purchase is added to your account, click on the purchase and select "Request a Refund". Fill out the required information and submit the request.
Step 6: Wait for the Refund to be Processed
If the request meets the refund policy eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business days of the request being submitted.
