If you made your purchase using PayPal, please follow these steps to request a refund:

Step 2: Find your Transaction ID
You can usually find this information in the email receipt you received after making the purchase. If you can't find the email, you can find the Transaction ID in your PayPal account by clicking on the transaction in your transaction history.
Step 3: Contact our Support Team
Please email our support team at support@voice.ai, providing your Transaction ID and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process your request as soon as possible or will get back to you with further instructions.
Case 2: Xsolla Payments Transaction
If you made your purchase using Xsolla Payments, please follow these steps to request a refund:
Step 1: Consult the Refund Policy
Before requesting a refund, please consult our Refund Policy at https://voice.ai/refund-policy to see if you are eligible.
Step 2: If you haven't already, create an Account on babka.com. Babka.com is the platform that handles refunds for Xsolla Payments transactions.
Step 3: Add Your Purchase to Your Account
Once you have created an account, go to the "My Purchases" tab and select "Add a Purchase”. Enter theTransaction ID and email used for billing to add the transaction to your account.
Step 4: Request a Refund
After the purchase is added to your account, click on the purchase and select "Request a Refund". Fill out the required information and submit the request.
Step 5: Wait for the Refund to be Processed
The refund will be processed within 3-4 business days of the request being submitted.
