Nothing works. Neither live mode nor importing WAV/MP3 from Audacity.

As the title says.

• My microphone works, I use it every day. It also moves the bar in the voice.ai app, so I know there is input.
• I have a high end computer, Realtek Audio, up to date Windows 11 and drivers.
• I also checked with voice recordings that I created with Audacity, exported as WAV and MP3.
• I have tried different voices in the app, mostly very popular ones.

The output is always empty; in live mode and when outputting to a file.

I was patiently waiting for an update to fix this, paying a monthly subscription fee without getting any value out of it. Now it still doesn't work with the latest big update.

  Someone on the Discord had this problem and he had to reinstall AMD Raedon drivers. Once that was done, everything worked.

  Another person had to use something like Snappy Driver Installer Origin to check for out of date audio drivers and found some out of date. They were then able to get it to work.

  One more we discovered for someone else is below too:

  We figured it out on the public Discord (at least for one person).
  
  If you change your DNS or use a VPN it blocks file upload and any use of record mode (since your recording is sent to Voice AI servers for processing).
  
  Turn off your VPN and set your DNS to Google's Public VPN (confirmed working but of course others like Cloudflare DNS probably work).

  Same. They make you sign up during the load then the stupid thing crashes and is not usable.
