Hi, when I upload a file for conversion then processing starts but after a while the following warning appears. I have tried different voices, file formats, recording lengths, and the problem persists. Also, I have found the info in other discussion on this forum that it may be caused by setting wrong DNS server addresses in the system so I have changed them to Google DNS servers, but also it hasn't fixed the problem.

Do you have any clue what can be the cause of this problem and potential solution?

  Try restarting your computer then running Voice AI as admin.

  If that doesn't work then reinstall the app.

  If that doesn't work then try creating a new account (and see if that helps).

  Also make sure you are not a VPN as that will block record mode as well.
