I Want to Unsubscribe or Stop My Subscription

The Voice Ai no Longer Work. I have been using this for 2 months. and today  this is not workin (01/04/2023). I Don't want to pay for something that just want to take money out from my pocket. So please give me info how to cancel this subscription of unnecessary Voice Ai tools.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with how Voice.ai handles subscriptions. It is unnecessarily difficult to unsubscribe. There’s no proper screen to view my subscription plan or a straightforward way to cancel it. After searching online, I found only two ways to cancel: either through PayPal or via Xsolla (Credit Card) by visiting account.xsolla.com.

  This process is incredibly frustrating because I never created an Xsolla account. When I subscribed, I was only asked to input my credit card details, with no option to set up an Xsolla account. Now, the app is forcing me to go through Xsolla to cancel, which is impossible without an account.

  I strongly urge Voice.ai to fix this issue immediately and cancel my subscription automatically. I am not happy to see Voice.ai continuing to charge my money against my will. This practice is unacceptable, and it feels like a deliberate attempt to block users from unsubscribing. I do not recommend this app and expect a resolution promptly.
