Voice.AI Issue

I can hear myself in the "Record" setting, which I do not plan to use. But whenever I go into the "Live" services, neither "Hear yourself" nor "Voice Changer On" will work. Even when doing extensive testing. It seems to have started the night when there was some kind of server error on Voice.AI's end, and when it came back up things just ceased to work.

I have no idea how to fix this and will require input. Thanks.
