Changing the selected voice when "Hear Yourself" is enabled sometimes locks the on/off toggles

Sometimes, if you change the selected impersonation voice while using the "Hear Yourself" mode, both the "Voice Changer" and "Hear Yourself" toggles will become grayed out and permanently set to "ON" until you completely shut down the program and start it again.
