Web Interface Voice Upload buggy

Trying to edit an existing voice and the interface doesnt update after uploading a file, but if I click on play at the top of the list, its playing the new file. Even breaking the timecode display, if its longer than the older file.

Also, sometimes after a file uploads, nothing happens *at all*, not even an error. Its as if the upload never happened. Tried changing file format, but that wasn't the issue. Wasn't able to reliably reproduce that yet.
