Glitchy / Static Audio Even When App is Closed / Uninstalled

Ever since I installed voice.ai my audio playback device has been intermittently degenerating into complete glitchy static. The only way to fix this is by unplugging and replugging the device into the computer, just for the same thing to happen a minute or two later. (I've tried everything including completely uninstalling the app) What's wrong?

  after restarting my pc around 5 times, and reinstalling audio drivers around 4 times, i was able to fix the issue, well at least, the issue hasn't shown itself yet
