deleted voices returning, and cannot download recordings

When i delete recordings, after closing the program... upon reopening it, all the deleted recordings are back. And when i try to download any recordings i get an error ( cannot download try later)

  @  Alex... just opened program and all deleted recordings are all back and still cant download any recordings.
