How to cancel subscription (Credit Card)

I used Credit Card to upgrade to Pro version and subscribe( I did not use PayPal or Xsolla(babka.com).), I'd like to cancel my subscription. However, there is no instruction tell me how to cancel "Credit Card" subscription. Please tell me how to cancel it.

In addition, why your company doesn't have e-mail?
