Original good voice now bad??

After training a voice it worked pretty well and sounded good. Now after returning to the voice later it sounds bad but I've not changed anything. Why would this happen?

  Similar issue here, used a voice extensively one day last week. Returned this week to find it garbled, raspy, and low-quality with no differences in settings

  Yes, exactly the same issue. Wonder what's going on. I originally thought it was a voice tuning problem but the OG "Obama" voice works flawlessly which points to another software issue.

  While we investigate this issue, you can try changing the Base model in the app settings

  If it helps in any way, here is a current list of fixes I've tried that haven't helped:

  • Restarted my pc
  • changed voice lock mean to many different Hz levels
  • Turned voice lock mean on and off as per the "Smoker Voice Bug" fix listed in the discord
  • Switched from "default" to "December 2022" model (This cleared up some of the raspiness but didn't sound anything like the voice)
  • Tried different voices (others worked fine)
  • Re-tuned my voice
  • Created a new account and trained the same voice
  • Uninstalled and re-installed the software
  • Cleared the folder AppData/Local/Voice.ai/Cache/Cache

  Is there any way to re-train the voice? Would that work? I've spent a fair bit of time and money on this and I'm not very impressed!

  All this problems....and...my german speakers, sounds good two weeks bevore have a "not so beautiful america accent...two weeks ago I they sounds very well....

  Talked with a couple of the moderators on their discord server, seems to be a widespread issue affecting voice and pitch tracking. They assured me the devs are looking into it but weren't able to give me an expected fix date. They advised to watch for version updates

  They must be doing something right, some of my voices are working again!
