I cant download it because i "already have it" but if i search up voice.ai in my files i cant find it.

  Most likely, you did not uninstall the application correctly. Now try going to "Settings", "Add or remove programs" and click on Unistall next to voice.ai. If not, then try going to "Control panel" -- > "programs" and uninstall voice.ai. If that doesn't work either, try using a third-party program to remove all the leftovers of the application.
