I am unable to download the converted voice from Voice.ai

I have tried to restart voice.ai multiple times, restarted my computer multiple times, however, I am still unable to download the converted voices. This is a recent problem that I am facing. I have converted and downloaded multiple voices earlier, but today I am unable to download the converted voices. Please help.

  Do you have the latest 0.1.30 version?
  Can you download from another account? 
  Please provide the characteristics of your PC
