Problem closing / opening program

I'm currently having an issue with a processed recording, that doesn't appear in the completed files box. I tried to close Voice.ai and restart the program, but it appears to remain open because sometimes I then hear the newly recorded file start playing.

I've opening task manager to try and close it (since there's no icon in my toolbar), but the program doesn't appear to be open in task manager. The audio track was just processed in Voice.ai, so it can't be open anywhere else.

When I close the program, and try to re-open, the program does not open.

  Could you describe the specifications of your PC?
