Error uploading - AGAIN!!!!!!
After the issue I had with the error uploading 5 minutes of audio spontaneously resolved itself its started doing it again!!! Uninstall/reinstall "fix" doesn't work as suggested by support team. Please sort this!!!

Is this bug happening consistently on a regular basis?
First, please try to reproduce it consistently on another account so that we can understand if it's an account issue.
Also, make sure that the DNS settings are set correctly and that you have a stable internet connection and that vpn is turned off.

Damien here. We exchanged emails a couple of weeks ago. I just wanted to see how things are going with your efforts. It seems like it is a constant exercise in frustration. It works well for a bit and then the whole thing can go bad overnight for no good reason. Just wanted some education on your end. Also---how did the ten hour file work out. I don't remember whether you told me or not, that is----did it work?
