Not working

It says you need an RX 580 for live more. i got an RX 580 2048sp 8GB and it can select live mode but it doesnt work? it sometimes does but not very good, at all. if i look at task manager i see that it uses 70% of my CPU and 0.1% of my GPU

on a note: my RX 580 4GB works fine with it. just a little stuttering

help?
