Cannot upload to voice universe

Cannot get past the initial save information screen. The 2nd pop-up where I can drag an MP3 in does not appear, it just goes back to the first "save info" pop-up. Thoughts?

  Sure. When I start to create a new voice, the box pops up where I can give it a title, an icon and description. Usually, when I press "save" (and it says save successful), the box pops up again, but with an area at the bottom where I can drag & drop an MP3 file for training. It is that second box that does not appear. There is nowhere to upload an MP3 after I press "save" the first time...it just goes back to the original pop-up. No new voice has been saved with my other voices. I can send screenshots if it helps. Thanks!

  PS - I tried with Chrome and with Firefox, no difference.
