Cannot Upload Custom Voice

I have two custom voices created and cannot get beyond the initial save information screen trying to upload a 3rd voice. The pop-up to load the voice file never appears; it just goes back to the first "save info" pop-up. Is there a limit to custom voices?

  I can't even upload the first voice because there is no way to upload an audio file.

  you need mp3 byter but uhh same but i got a folder voice
