    Try running Windows update. If you open a CMD prompt and type "ver" and you can see your Windows version. The virtual cable currently requires a Windows version of at least 10.0.19041. If your version is below this, updating and then uninstalling and reinstalling Voice.ai according to the instructions below would resolve the issue

    You can uninstall Voice.ai through Windows Add/Remove Programs. It might also be smart to install DriverStore Explorer (https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer/releases) and run it after uninstalling Voice.ai. It will list drivers, and you can remove any that say voiceai in them. Do note that occasionally installs of the latest version can cause Windows to crash, particularly if the drivers are still there after an uninstall
