Where did credits go? How do I get voices

Had enough credits for 2 voices.  When listening to samples I see I was missing credits and the FAQ says they do not expire.

I there are nothing listed under MY VOICES.   

I am not  clear where the credits went or how you use credits for voices.

 

I am also unclear on what using the credits entitles you to. Is it for use that day or all time ?  

 

Thanks for clarification of what happened and what you get for your credits.  

 

ALso what is "training"  Is that the same as purchasing?

  Hello! 
  Could you please tell me where exactly it is indicated in the FAQ that credits do not expire?
  The metamodel is the big AI model which tells Voice.ai what a human voice sounds like and is used to train any voices created by the community.
  The credits you receive can be used at any time to train  voice. They are stored in your account until you use them.
