Support Request: Stuck in the Same Queue for Over 24 Hours

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to you regarding an issue I am experiencing with two voices that I have been creating on your platform. Both voices have been stuck in the same position in the queue for over 24 hours, with ticket numbers 834 and 886, respectively.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating and resolving this issue as soon as possible. I understand that there may be other users facing similar challenges, and I do not expect my case to be prioritized over others. However, I would greatly appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

  It seems to have been fixed, because now the number in the queue is less.

  I have that Problem for days now.

  Voices are at a really high queue number, but  wont build.

  After some days i receive the Email containing "Voice Building Failed!"

  One of the two voices i want to build, was in the Satus "Building" for three days as well.

  For no reason one of the two Voices was created this night, the other one (that one that was in status build for alt least three days) failed again. I pressed retry, and i am in queue 1400 now.

  The queue is rising in the last days from about 300 to 1400 now. I think its a voice.ai Problem.

   

  Would be nice to hear something from the devs about this.

  If the Servers are overloaded, crashed or something else, its ok! Just tell it the community.

  Many users are now creating their own voices and it usually takes up to 72 hours for users to build a voice.

  Are we sure it's working at all? Because I got something into the queue at #1410 about 16 hours ago and it's only at #1397 now, which seems like a glacial amount of progress probably more representative of people cancelling their build jobs than any actual progress.

  Edit: Some 36 hours after my post, I'm now at position #1130. So I dunno. This doesn't appear to update in real time, and the progress seems very slow. Charitably, maybe 150 of these get processed per day, so maybe an average of 10 minutes per voice? Just a ballpark estimate. So maybe a week to clear about a thousand in the queue.

  I've definitely noticed a huge volume of submissions. As a suggestion, I'd say maybe paying customers should get some priority. Just a thought.
