Nothing Showing for Uploading Voice Sample

So I go to ADD YOURS and fill out all the fields and upload the avatar correctly.

BUT there is nothing there for uploading the audio file. 

I've checked on different devices but still nothing there for uploading.

I've tried uninstalling and installing the program. Tried all the suggested fixes.

NO JOY

  Same problem here.. Can't use it at all.
