hearing glitchy sounds?

hi how to fix this? can't hear voice when i use in hear self or live mode.
I even restarted my pc a couple of times and it kinda gets stuck at 90% til I restart the program for a number of times.

  Most likely, your PC is too weak. Could you please provide us with your computer specifications?

  oh it was working before the update maybe?
  I got i5 10th, 32gb ram, rx 6600
