Game does not lag but AI does or stops.

When I am playing a game I don't get the FPS drops that other people do but the voice changer just stops working.  I have to keep it on at least 11 for quality for it to actually sound real and out of game its only like a 1-2 second delay.  But in game I'm lucky if it even processes and comes through.  Most of the time it just stops trying or only processes a word or 2 and a huge delay.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D

GPU:  GTX3080

Ram: 32g

  What color is your Performance status indicator?

  Green out of game but switches between green and red in game.
