How long is the queue? Haven't moved at all

I just uploaded files for my first voice - I'm #2057 in the queue and haven't moved in 12 hours. Is this glitched?

  I thought the queue number was updating about every 12 hours (and it would move by about 150 per day), but I haven't actually seen it update at all in the last 24 hours or so. Funnily enough, I had my first voice finish building overnight, even though the last I saw of it yesterday, I think it was at #310 or something.

  You can contact support if your voice does not move in the queue for 72 hours. This can be considered a soft issue to be considered. We will increase computing power to make the voices build faster. But please note that voice.ai is still in beta

  I'm 879 in the queue iver 24 hours and have not moved at all...
