Zero audio from voice.ai

No audio is coming from voice.ai at all. There is no sample audio or live voice audio. My mic is however being detected. I have deleted and reinstalled voice.ai a couple of times to no avail. My headset works just fine everywhere else, and my volume is turned up in voice.ai. I was not having this problem when I first installed it but now, a day later, it has stopped functioning.
