New update
Do you also have problems since the new update? My recordings are echoing quite a bit.
Actually, the new update v0.1.31 makes Voice.ai unusable.

Same problems here. It doesn't record anything more than 3 seconds of audio, the voice quality is full of glitches and echoes. I hope they resolve the issue soon.

Me - Now my voices sound scratchy and horrible. Honestly getting sick of paying for this crap.

No response from anyone on this from voice.ai. My license fee went up 1000% and I was forced to upgrade. Since then, I cannot use the product at all.

After some testing I get nothing over 15 seconds to work. At 14 seconds the recording is processed, at 16 seconds the program crashes and I get the Bug Report dialog. I pay for the highest license but based on this, I can't see why I wouldn't downgrade to a free license if it's not resolved. Very disappointing, no help from anyone that supports the product. I don't know if they exist?

If you uninstall Voice.ai and reinstall it, it will load the new update 1.32. This will work fine again.

Same issue. Karl you mentioned 0.1.31. The current version is 0.1.32. None the less I downloaded the version currently available on the website (0.1.32) uninstalled what I had (also 0.1.32) and re-installed as suggested and have the same issue. Nothing is fixed.

Seems to be Singing Mode that makes it crash. Try turning that off
