1000% increase and the new version crashes every use

the fee for my license increased 1000% and now that I have been forced to upgrade, the product crashes every time I create a recording. This sucks ass!!!

  This product is now completely useless, and you have taken 10 times what you charged in the past for this same license. No responses, no answers, nothing. What a total ripoff!!

  After extensive testing I can see that nothing over 15 seconds seems to work. At 14 seconds the recording is processed, at 16 seconds the program crashes and I get the Bug Report dialog. I pay for the highest license but based on this, I can't see why I wouldn't downgrade. Very disappointing, no help from anyone that supports the product. I don't know if they exist?
