Product useless since update - New users beware

my license fee went up 1000% and I was forced to upgrade. Since then, the program crashes if anything over 3 seconds is recorded or processed. No response from support since the issue has been reported by several other users. Just beware before you sign up. They already have my money, but I'm not sure they are going to ever fix this issue. Very disappointing

  If you uninstall Voice.ai and reinstall it, it will load the new update 1.32. This will work fine again.
