uploading voice sample failed three times

I have been trying to upload an isolated 15 minute voice sample of a famous person (three times this weekend), and every time it failed.  I tried .wav, and .mp3 and neither went through.

Could you please help me solve this problem?  I have a project that I would like to finish and I am anxious to hear what the results will sound like.  I am trying to translate my own voice and clone it into a particular famous person's voice that is not currently available through your app..

  Now I am actively investigating this problem. I see that error 413 appears in the console. 
  In order to fix this bug as soon as possible, we need to collect information about the environment on which it is being reproducible, so please write here 
  Your operating system, build
  Browsers in which the bug is reproduced
  CPU?
  GPU?
  Are you using a VPN or any antiviruses?
  And also details of the picture you upload for the voice

  Hi, Alex.  I use Windows 10, and the software I use to create my audio track is called Reaper.

  I am using Google Chrome

  Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHz   2.40 GHz

  8.00 GB

  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

   

  I am not using a VPN or antivirus for this.
