voices failing to build repeatedly

I've been trying to build a couple of voices for a couple of days and I'm now up to my 10th failure to build. Is everything currently working? I also have another one that has been stuck building for probably four days or something.

    Something has to be up... have tried at least 40 times over the 2 last days every time changing if its a mp3 or wav, mono or stereo output, 5mins or 20mins, with and without VPN, from different web browsers (with relaxed and strict privacy settings) even changing the voice image, name and tags like that is gonna have any effect. Tried for different speakers(voice samples) as well to no success.

    Only thing I can guess now is that voice.ai has something against the north-European IP cluster (that I communicate from both on a real and VPN address) as I see other peoples voices popping up all the time? (it wouldn't really make sense as the building system relies on an uploaded file that is independent from my browser... Only thing I could see is that is that when I press on build from my own IP that the queue marks me as a "lesser" IP address or something.) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Really hope v.ai adds more troubleshoot info than just the "Build failed..." (like: "Algorithm didn't interpret the file" or "queue time out: *reason*" or the likes) message, sooner rather than later.

    A NOTE FOR THE DEVS: if you see this: I've noticed for every attempted build that it consistently queues somewhere in the #200 - #260 range and on average fails within 45mins regardless of voice clip length and regardless of whether it has been cleaned for noise and what not. (I too never see the queue # count down to a low number, so I do not really know if it ever even starts building at all...)

    Wouldn't really be relevant to give my system info as the building is done from a web browser(server side) anyway?

    As a final even when the build fails it still says on the voice "last successful build was *today's date*" even though its apparently the first ever attempted and failed build.

    I'm wary of setting it as "listed" regardless as I don't want to create something that does not work... if you get me, and since it says "you can't take your voice back". But that goes on to the further problem that I can not view my own "unlisted" voice in the v.ai windows app to test whether it really built after all...

    Yes, I'm with you.

    Last time I build a voice with success, was 3 weeks ago.

    Ironically I was a free user and now, that I am a Pro customer, everytime I have an email back with a "building failure" advise.

    Yes, everytimes the voice queues between 205 and 260 and, after 1 hour max, I've got my bloody email.

    Please, tell us something

    Strange:

    today at 18:30 (italian time) when I open Voice.ai, it displays 26490 available voices.

    Now it shows 26488.................... uhmmm.............. it should be a greater number....

    Pretty sure there are some problems, maybe with server, I do not know, but it's really ununderstandable.

    I'm waiting for a reply from the staff....

    Yeah hoping to hear something, maybe they're being DDoS-ed for all I know...

    Waiting and trying again is all I can do until then, but I'm running out of ideas to try.

    I don't know how IT-devs' work schedules work, they might be off today it is Sunday after all... gonna check back tomorrow, or I guess I'm gonna have to try them on Discord instead...

    "in 24 hours just one voice added.............", does that mean you've had any luck with building your voice or are you saying that only one voice has been added to the whole of voice.ai since yesterday? (In that case something has to be wrong for sure...)

    Hi,

    unfortunately second option!!

    It's enough choose a voice inside the app, let the preference windows empty, and you can see how many voices are available.

    Yes, there is something wrong endeed!!

    Yes, today is sunday, but the problem exists since 10 days ago.........

    I have done, days ago, a request but is still waiting to be approved........

    For the record, I did eventually get those voices built, but it was on the 11th try or something like that, after maybe two days.

    I'm trying again tonight and the issue is the same. As others have said, they go into the queue at around 200 and I get an email probably within the hour saying that the build failed.
