  i have this problem too, i wonder why there is no answer for your post after 2 months

  I'm having the same problem.  If I reboot my computer I get a recording processed as long as it's under 10 seconds, and it's only a one time thing.  Then the error presents every time after that. I've removed the program and re-installed.  This did not resolve the issue.  I'm considering using a linux box and seeing if I have better luck.
