Avatar bug

I have never used this before, and now I never get to. Stupid thing keeps asking for my avatar when I've already placed one. I've restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried different photos. Absolutely nothing works. I wanted to do something for a project with this app, but it looks like I'm gonna have to just figure something else out. Because I can't even create a damn voice, which is what this whole app is for!!! Super frustrating, please get that fixed.

Oh, also. It's redirecting me to Microsoft Edge instead of Chrome, so if that's the problem. Then someone tell me how to fix it, please, I'm really angry right now.

Edit: I figured out how to switch to Chrome, same issue! Y'know, for a website based on creating our own voices and training them. It's kinda missing the creating our own voices aspect. 😒
