can't get email verification pin

i already tried 2 emails and none of them get the pin, no it is not in the spam folder i checked multiple times after minutes nothing. the only way i got myself to login in the browser is because i somehow used forgot password to make a account because that was the only thing that actually gave a message to my email but i still can't login on the app
