“Sorry… the server cannot be started”
I’m receiving an error message saying “Sorry… the server cannot be started, please contact support to resolve the issue” ever since I updated the application around 2-3 days ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and the issue persists. I have contacted support, and have not yet received a response. The application was working fine prior to this update.
The error occurs as soon as I start the application.

Same problem.. but 2 time make a converted audio but only 3 and 4 sec :/

Now work but only 3 sec and only the program name can i hear... anyone work this program??

Now when I open the app it just says “Something went wrong! Please restart the application.” and stays stuck at 0%.

Well this may have happened 2 months ago but it seems to have happened again.

Have cleared caches, run all of windows Admin apps, Defragged my drive, deleted Voice AI and reinstalled and STILL NOTHING.

Suddenly having this issue myself. Anyone ever get theirs fixed? It's funny because out of nowhere I stopped being able to record messages longer than 9 secs max, when the original limit was 15.
