broken after updating

Live doesn't work and Upload doesn't either. I've tried fresh and uninstalled all drivers and software. I hear the watermark playing but not the audio that was uploaded. the mic icon shows my mic with activity within voice.ai but it doesn't play the mic even in the "hear myself" section

  Have you made sure that your PC meets the minimum requirements?
  Could you tell me what percentage of the load is shown to you in the task manager when you convert your voice to voice ai?
