1 Free voice but was charged 4600 credits

I thought I was getting one free voice per day. I clicked to train a voice, confirmed I wanted to train thinking that it would be free, but then I see my free voices for the day reduced to zero AND it deducted 4600 credits from my total. Seems a bug, or perhaps I am training the free voice incorrectly.

  It is not a major problem, I took up the special offer so I have a lot of credits and should get 1 free voice a day from now on. But of course if it happens every time then it will be a problem.

  and now I dont have 4600 in credit, but I have a free daily voice that it wont allow me to use
