Subscription

I bought the monthly standard subscription a week ago to make 30 second recordings. I logged in today, but It's only allowing me 15 seconds. I can't find anywhere to check my subscription status. I should have another 3 weeks available, right? And now it looks like the only option it's giving me is to purchase the Beta Pro plan. Is the standard subscription no longer available?
