Voice.ai performance issue

When I use the voice changer, I get a very choppy/lagging and delayed voice. I tried everything the app told itself. I also checked my GPU on task manager and it was red for voice.ai and it was 87% (which I have no Idea what it means). My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce MX 130. How do I fix this issue (I tried everything the app said) btw I can't turn on my Hardware acceleration. My PC doesn't have that option.
