Electric/static crackle in audio output through OBS

There's a faint static crackle that comes through any time I try to use the mic through OBS. When I record in the app itself it seems to be fine. I have verified that both Voice.AI and OBS are fully up to date. And have had OBS verify its file integrity. I've also verified that the issue does not occur when recording straight to OBS, so I can confirm that it's not an issue with the microphone or any of the physical connections.
