Cannot Login - Voice.ai App - Mac OS

When I try to login, I get the "log in through the opened browser" dialogue box. But I do not get any open windows in my browser. If I manually go to the login page in my browser the app still hangs on this "log in through the opened browser" window.

If I click the "want to log in inside the app" link, I just get a "loading..." dialogue that never goes away. Any advice?

    switched to my windows 11 machine and logged in fine, and am up and running. seems the OSX build doesn't function on an M1 chip?

    I have the same issue, but i don' want to switch to windows . Is there any patch in développement for mac ?

    same problem. Using Monterey 12.6.9, 3.5 GHz 6-core Intel Xeon E5. No way to log in, nothing loads.

    same problem on macbook pro m2 and m1, when I try to login from app a turning wheel appears that runs forever. Login on safari and chrome dont show up!

    Same problem on my M1 mac mini. Using Ventura 13.5.2 (22G91). No way to log in, nothing loads.

    BTW I'm in Spain... is there some restriction placed on users outside the US?

    same problem when i try to log in it tells me to click here to log ininside the app and it says loading...

    Still have this problem. I canceled by subscription because of it. Once it gets fixed (if ever) I'll renew my subscription.

    I just downloaded Voice.ai app on my Mac mini M2/macOS Sonoma 14.0 (23A344) and have the same issue.

    Does anyone have the official word if this is being worked on?

    I’m having the same issue. I contacted support and they said that it’s not compatible with Mac at all. I’ve told them that it needs updating on the App Store so that people don’t think that they’re going to get a working app. I don’t know how apple let us download it as it dosnt work and not compatible. The app loads but I think it’s just a container at the moment for when the developers get it working.
