Disorted (gravelly) voice output.

When I upload a wav file for voice conversion, the output voice conversion is distorted. Both my trained voice character and my uploaded "prompt" voice are clean.  This never happened before. I have tried all the suggestions (eg Lock Voice Mean adjustment), but nothing seems to cure it.  Any advice.
