I got stuck at downloading voice when i want to use the voice. How to fix

  My Voice AI app closes as soon as it is opened, displaying a Bugsplat message. Re installing doesnt dissolve the issue. Virtually I cannot open the app. There is no way to contact the support center by call or by email.
