voices high piched or don't work at all on new PC

I have updated to a threadripper pro PC, 16 core, with a nvidia 4090 gpu on windows 11. The program is working very weirdly if at all.  Sometimes there is a "breathy" sound, voices are sometimes coming out an octave or higher than they should.  Frequently no sound comes out at all.  Also the performance warning box is always popping up.  This started out after updating from about a 5 month old version of voice.ai to the most recent version.

In addition, the delay on the changed voice is much longer than before and sometimes it misses the beginning on end of what I'm saying.

I have tried two different microphones, no difference, I am not running ANY other software and am using the live mode playing from my mic through to a pair of headphones.

  I have the same problems. I was a gtx 1070 that runs bether than my rtx 3080. So, I think this bugs are port problems this aplication. They never fixed this.
