how to cancel subscription?

I subscribed with credit card. I don't have transaction number. how the fk i cancel the renewal? Not normal that fking people can't figure this out

    This is crazy! Make your product better instead of making it hard to unsubscribe.

    When I go on Xsolla it says: give it some time and try adding your subscription again. Like what?!?!?! I thought computers were fast. They also do not answer the customer support questions.

    Unsubscribe plz!!!!

    I went to Xsolla and my account shows nothing. I was able to add the purchase I made for voice.ai.... but when I try to add the subscription it says I already added the purchase and the subscription list remains blank. I don't want to add the purchase again. I'm specifically clicking on add a subscription so I can cancel it. You make it impossible for us to see exaclty what our account entails in the app. We have to dig through support FAQs to figure out how to cancel our account which sends us to Xsola. Then there system is completely broken and we can't do anything there. Then their live chat person says they have great news and canceled our subscription with zero proof showing in the account or via email. This is not right and I better not be charged by auto renewal!

    Through live chat it's been supposedly taken care of. I got a generic email that it's been canceled. Please fix this process.

    Please note we use a third party to process cancellations.

    This is ridicules, Xsolla does not have a "cancel subscription" button.
