Not able to login on Mac apple silicon chip

i am not able to login. it's stuck on the login screen where it say login to browser but no browser open if i click on want to login to app it just keep loading animation and never ended.

  Try updating your Windows and try again? Just search for Windows updates in your Windows search bar and check if you have the latest available update installed.
