3rd Party Anime Girl voice removed

A few days ago I have trained a 3rd party model called "Anime Girl" where she has purple hair and a vibrant hooded jacket. But just now I opened voice.ai and I no longer said "use" and it instead said "train" and when I attempted to train it again, it says I must pay in order to train more. Btw I trained another 3rd Anime Girl model, with light pink hair and headphones, a few days ago too but it wasn't as good. What I'm confused about is that if the cap is 2 trained models and if one of my models is taken away, I should be able to get it back but no it requires payment. Just wondering if it's a bug and if anyone has a similar issue.
