How do I unsubscribe with Xsolla? And don't send me that useless link to that tutorial again!
When I go on Xsolla it says: give it some time and try adding your subscription again. Like what?!?!?! I thought computers were fast. They also do not answer the customer support questions.

Or, you can use the The Live chat icon which can be found on the bottom-right of the screen. Prepare your purchase information username (email) with Voice.ai and your Transaction ID (if you don’t have the transaction ID, let the Xsolla employee know).
